When the College was incorporated in 1956 the Memorandum of Understanding and Articles of Association were drawn up. From time to time over the years changes or additions have been required. Any request for a change is considered by Council and referred to the College solicitors prior to seeking the approval of the Fellowship at an AGM/GM. All regulations with regard to the appointment of Councillors, Major Committees, Faculties and the running of the College are contained in this document.
