Trainees successful in their Part II examinations and assessments and who have fulfilled all training and rotation requirements for Fellowship, can access the Application for Admission to Fellowship by following the link below. All applications must include a statement that the Trainee agrees to the College’s Memorandum and Articles of Association and by-laws, which are also published on this website.
