Viruses in May for 2015 will be held between Thursday 30 April and Saturday 2 May 2015 at the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba. The meeting addresses the ongoing need for a meeting to fill the gap between clinical, laboratory and research practice in virology. We will continue discuss Virology Principles on Thursday, with sessions on The Global Burden of Viral Infections, and the Role of Viruses in Development of Tumours. The second day will deal with Emerging Infections including the recent Ebola outbreak, testing and viruses in different disease states. The final day, Saturday 2nd May will have talks on viral infections in unusual and remote populations, and the challenges we face from continuing emergence of new clinical challenges. We have an excellent line-up of internationally renowned speakers, a great venue and look forward to another very successful time learning about virology.
