Full blood count, Blood film, Transglutaminase Ab.

Transglutaminase antibodies are more sensitive and specific for coeliac disease than are gliadin antibodies. Immunoglobulins G, A, M. IgG to deaminated gliadin should be considered in cases of IgA deficiency and clinical suspicion of coeliac disease remains high.
