Splenomegaly with variable

  • Anaemia
  • Neutropenia
  • Thrombocytopenia

Clinical evaluation and upper abdominal ultrasound.

Diagnosis requires cytopenia and/or Anaemia, compensatory bone marrow hyperplasia and splenomegaly.
