The diagnosis of renal parenchymal calcification is based on findings at diagnostic imaging.

Assessment includes: Electrolytes, Creatinine, Urea, Calcium, Phosphate.

Calcium urine, pH urine.

Hypercalcaemia

Hyperphosphataemia

 

Primary hyperoxaluria

 

Renal tubular acidosis

 

Sarcoidosis
