Allergic disease

If investigation considered appropriate: Skin prick allergen testing or Allergen specific Immunoglobulin E; the results should be interpreted in relation to the history. Immunoglobulin E is of little value.

Nasal discharge - microscopy for eosinophils may occasionally be helpful.
