Appropriate Tests

 

Toxoplasma Ab; Full blood count; Aspartate aminotransferase, Alanine aminotransferase, Alkaline phosphatase, Gamma glutamyltransferase, Bilirubin. In patients with clinically severe infection, HIV infection should be excluded.

Histopathology and or NAA testing.

Acquired

 

  • Lymphadenopathy
