Diagnosis of granulomatosis with polyangiitis

Interpretation:

A positive result especially at high level in the appropriate clinical context indicates probable systemic necrotizing vasculitis especially GPA.

High positive results can also be found in inflammatory bowel disease. Results should always be interpreted in the context of ANCA indirect immunofluorescence results.
