Interpretation:

A positive result especially at high level in the appropriate clinical context indicates probable systemic necrotizing vasculitis expecially microscopic polyangiitis. Positive results can also be found in a range of other inflammatory disorders. Results should always be interpreted in the context of ANCA indirect immunofluorescence results.
