Each year after Initial Registration as a Trainee, Trainees must reapply for Annual Registration and provide a Prospective Training Program. Trainees who have not re-registered by 30 April will be considered “Incomplete Trainees” and will be removed from the mailing list and denied web access. A fee will be incurred for reinstatement. Trainees will need to pay the Annual Training Fee, see below. Trainees are required to submit an Annual Supervisor’s Report each year and for rotations within a year. Failure to do so will result in the year of training not being accredited.
All Supervisor Reports for the previous year’s training are required at the RCPA office no later than
15 February, the closing date for the receipt of Annual Registration documentation.
Joint RACP/RCPA trainees are required to submit their Supervisor’s Report for the previous year by
31 January. In the final year of training submission of the report is required by 15 October.
For those candidates sitting August exams an additional pre-exam report must be at the College by 15 July.
